Thank you for shopping at Efarmer. We strive to provide you with the best quality goats and livestock. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of livestock once they have been delivered. However, if you receive a goat that is not as described or is unhealthy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
